THOMAS Z. SHEPARD BRINGS BROADWAY TO THE HAMPTONS

It was a long trip to the Hamptons for Thomas Z. Shepard, but a rewarding one as Shepard--the legendary producer of Broadway original-cast albums--took his lecture program "Recording Broadway: An Afternoon with Thomas Z. Shepard" to the East Hampton Public Library, where he was greeted by an enthusiastic audience which savored his behind-the-scenes stories of the making of some of musical theater's most iconic albums.

Shepard will bring the same program to the Westbury Public Library on Thursday, December 20, at 7 p.m.
