A LANDMARK NIGHT FOR THE GILBERT & SULLIVAN LIGHT OPERA CO.

The Gilbert & Sullivan Light Opera Company of Long Island returned to one of its favorite performance venues tonight when "The Gondoliers" was presented at The Landmark on Main Street in Port Washington. "It's a beautiful venue," director Gayden Wren said, "with a roomy stage, excellent backstage facilities and ample room for our orchestra. We always draw well there, and we always deliver one of our best performances."
