THOMAS Z. SHEPARD TO WRITE MEMOIRS

Thomas Z. Shepard, the 12-time Grammy-winning record producer of Broadway cast albums and classical recordings, is at work on Recording Broadway: A Life in Cast Albums. The autobiography, being co-written with Gayden Wren, traces Shepard's life from his childhood as a piano prodigy in East Orange, New Jersey, to a 60-year career as the most admired and influential Broadway record producer of his era.
